Dynamism characterizes working at Dekoback. In thirteen years, we have grown from three to around 140 employees. We have moved to larger premises four times. Around 50 products are developed in the company every year – for our house brand Decocino and our private label retail partners. Every day brings new challenges. Boredom is out of the question. We are looking forward to new colleagues who like to work, think along with us and have a desire to help shape the future.

At Dekoback, employees quickly assume responsibility for their tasks. Drive and independent way of working are in demand. And a sense of humor! There is a lot of laughter at Dekoback – at the joint lunch, at the cooking event, at the company run in Sinsheim, at the Christmas party or at the summer party, to which everyone brings their family.
